Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi – पूर्ण निरंतर वर्तमान काल
Present perfect continuous tense को हिन्दी में निरंतर वर्तमान काल कहते है और इसका मतलब होता है काम का एक समय से शुरू होकर वर्तमान में जारी रहना|
जैसे- राम 1 घंटे से खा रहा है|- इस वाक्य पर गौर करेंगे तो आप स्पष्ट जान पायेंगे कि काम 1 घंटे पहले शुरू हुआ और अभी भी जारी है|
इसी तरह से इस tense के अन्य उदाहरण को देखे-
मै 4 चार दिनों से कॉलेज नहीं जा रहा हूँ|
वे लोग 2 घंटे से इन्तेजार कर रहे है|
मम्मी सुबह से खाना बना रही है|, इत्यादि|
Present Perfect Continuous Tense की पहचान
Present perfect continuous tense के अंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे इत्यादि लगा रहता है और साथ में समय भी दिया हुआ रहता है और इससे इस tense को आसानी से पहचान सकते है|
जैसे ऊपर के कुछ वाक्य को देखे-
राम 1 घंटे से खा रहा है|- वाक्य के अंत में रहा है और समय दिया हुआ है 1 घंटा, इसलिए इसका अनुवाद present perfect tense के अनुसार होगा|
इसी तरह से अन्य उदाहरण को देखे-
मै 4 चार दिनों से कॉलेज नहीं जा रहा हूँ| वाक्य के अंत में रहा हूँ और समय(4 घंटे से)
वे लोग 2 घंटे से इन्तेजार कर रहे है| वाक्य के अंत में रहे है और समय(2 घंटे से)
मम्मी सुबह से खाना बना रही है| वाक्य के अंत में रही है और समय(सुबह से)
इस तरह से आप पूर्ण निरंतर वर्तमान काल को पहचान सकते है|
Structure of Present Continuous Tense in Hindi
Affirmative Sentence(सकारात्मक वाक्य):
S + have/has been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time.
Negative Sentence(नकारात्मक वाक्य):
S + have/has + not + been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time.
Interrogative Sentence:
Have/Has + S + been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time?
Interrogative-Negative:
Have/Has + S + not + been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time?
WH-Questions:
Wh-words + have/has + S + not + been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time?
Affirmative Sentence
Present perfect continuous tense के affirmative sentence का structure होता है-
S + have/has been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time.
सबसे पहले हमलोग subject को रखते है फिर subject के अनुसार has या have प्रयोग करते है और उसके बाद Verb का 4th form प्रयोग करते है और उसके बाद वाक्य के objects एवं अन्य शब्दों को रखते और अंत में since/for के साथ समय को रखते है|
जैसे- वह दो घंटे से अपना काम कर रहा है| यहाँ पर subject है “वह” एवं क्रिया है “करना(Do)”| वह यानि की He के साथ लगता है has और Do का V₄ होता है doing इसलिए वाक्य कुछ इस तरह से बनेगा-
He has been doing his work for two hours.

इसी तरह से Present perfect continuous tense के सकारात्मक वाक्य के कुछ और उदाहरण देखते है-
मम्मी सुबह से खाना बना रही है|
Mom has been cooking food since morning.
मैं सुबह से पढ़ रहा हूं|
I have been studying since morning.
सुबह से बारिश हो रही है|
It has been raining since morning.
राम 2 दिन से सो रहा है|
Ram has been sleeping for 2 days.
हम लोग इस शहर में 10 साल से रह रहे हैं|
We have been living in this town for 10 years.
वे लोग इस काम को सुबह से कर रहे हैं|
They have been doing this work since morning.
मैं 2 घंटे से तुम्हारी प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूं|
I have been waiting for you for two hours.
बच्चे 8 घंटे से सो रहे हैं|
The children have been sleeping for 8 hours.
मैं 2 महीने से कोशिश कर रहा हूं|
I have been trying for two months.
सीता दो घंटे से मैथ सीख रही है।
Sita has been learning mathematics for two hours.
Negative Sentence
वैसे वाक्य जिसमे नहीं का प्रयोग रहता है नकारात्मक वाक्य कहलाता है|
Present perfect continuous tense के नकारात्मक वाक्य के उदाहरण है-
वह सुबह से नहीं खा रहा है|, मैं कल से नहीं पढ़ रहा हूँ| बच्चे दो घंटे से नहीं रो रहे है|, इत्यादि|
Present perfect continuous tense के नकारात्मक वाक्य बनाने के लिए structure होता है-
S + have/has + not + been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time.
Note: नकारात्मक वाक्य में not का प्रयोग have/has और been के बीच में होता है|
Present perfect continuous tense के नकारात्मक वाक्य के उदाहरण:
मैं 9:00 बजे से नहीं पढ़ रहा हूं|
I have not been reading since 9 o’clock.
मैं राम को वर्षों से नहीं देख रहा हूं|
I have not been seeing Ram for years.
वे लोग दो दिन से नहीं सोच रहे हैं|
They have not been thinking for two days.
मैं चार साल से काम नहीं कर रहा हूं|
I have not been doing work for four years.
वह 3 दिन से नहीं सो रहा है|
He has not been sleeping for three days.
वह दो साल से अंग्रेजी नहीं सीख रहा है|
He has not been learning English for two years.
वह बचपन से रामायण नहीं पढ़ रही है।
She has not been reading the Ramayana since childhood.
राम और राहुल दो दिन से बाजार नहीं जा रहे हैं।
Ram and Rahul have not been going to the market for two days.
वे लोग दो साल से नहीं आ रहे हैं।
They have not been coming for two years.
वह दो घंटे से नहीं हंस रहा है।
He has not been laughing for two hours.
Interrogative Sentence
वैसे वाक्य जिसका उत्तर हमेशा “हाँ” या “नहीं” में होता है Interrogative sentence कहलाता है|
Present perfect continuous tense के Interrogative sentence के उदाहरण है-
क्या वह सुबह से पढ रहा है?, क्या मै कल से स्कूल जा रहा हूँ?, क्या बच्चे दो घंटे से रो रहे है?, इत्यादि|

क्या वह सुबह से गाना गा रही है?

Negative-interrogative Sentence
जब Interrogative sentence में “नहीं” का प्रयोग रहता है तो वह Interrogative-negative sentence कहलाता है|
Interrogative-Negative sentence के उदाहरण है-
क्या वह दस बजे से नहीं पढ़ रहा है?, क्या मै एक घंटे से नहीं दौड़ रहा हूँ?, क्या बच्चे सुबह से नहीं नहीं रो रहे है?, इत्यादि|
Present perfect continuous tense के Negative–Interrogative sentence बनाने के लिए structure होता है-
Have/Has + S + not + been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time?
Present perfect continuous tense के Negative-Interrogative sentence के उदाहरण:
क्या मैं सुबह से नहीं पढ़ा रहा हूं?
Have I not been teaching since morning?
क्या राम चार दिन से स्कूल नहीं जा रहा है?
Has Ram not been going to school for four days?
क्या कई दिनों से वर्षा नहीं हो रही है?
Has it not been raining for many days?
क्या कुंदन दो सालो से आईआईटी दिल्ली में नहीं पढ़ रहा है?

क्या आप दो सालो से अंग्रेजी नहीं सीख रहे हैं?

Wh-questions
जब वाक्य में Wh-words का प्रयोग रहता है तो वह Wh-Family के वाक्य कहलाते है या Wh-questions कहते है|
Wh-Questions के उदाहरण है-
वह सुबह से क्या पढ़ रहे है?, बच्चे दो घंटे से क्यूँ रो रहे है?, आप 2 सालो से कहाँ रह रहे हो?, इत्यादि|
Present perfect continuous tense के Wh-Questions बनाने के लिए structure होता है-
Wh-words + have/has + S + not + been + V₄ +…..+ since/for+time?
Present perfect continuous tense के WH-Questions के उदाहरण:
वह दोपहर से धूप में क्या कर रहा है?
What has he been doing in
वह सुबह से क्यों गा रही है?
Why has she been singing since morning?
कुंदन दो दिन से स्कूल क्यों नहीं जा रहा है?
Why has Kundan not been going to school for two days?
वे लोग सुबह से क्या कर रहे है?
What have they been doing since morning?
आप लोग चार दिन से क्यू नही आ रहे है?
Why have you not been coming for four days?
आपलोग दो साल से यहां क्यों नही रह रहे हैं?
Why have you not been living here for two years?
तुम यहां सुबह से क्या कर रहे हो?
What have you been doing here since morning?
तुम दो दिन से क्या पढ़ रहे हो?
What have you been reading for two days?
सीता एक महीने से होमवर्क क्यों नही बना रही है?
Why has Sita not been doing homework for one month?
Present continuous tense और Present perfect continuous tense में क्या अंतर है?
दोनों tense के अंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे है इत्यादि ही रहता है|
लेकिन जो Present continuous tense होता है उसमे समय नहीं दिया रहता है जबकि Present perfect continuous tense में समय दिया हुआ रहता है|
इसे अच्छी तरह से समझने के लिए निचे के कुछ वाक्यों पर गौर करे-
राम खा रहा है| – Present continuous tense
राम सुबह से खा रहा है| – Present perfect continuous tense
बारिश हो रही है| – Present continuous tense
दो घंटे से बारिश हो रही है| – Present perfect continuous tense
वह स्कूल नहीं जा रहा है| – Present continuous tense
वह चार दिनों से स्कूल नहीं जा रहा है| – Present perfect continuous tense
इस तरह से आप देखेंगे कि Present continuous tense और Present Perfect Continuous Tense में जो मुख्य अंतर है वो “समय” का है अगर आप Present continuous tense में समय जोड़ देते है तो वह Present Perfect Continuous Tense में बदल जाती है|
और यदि आप Present Perfect Continuous Tense में से समय निकाल देते है तो वह Present continuous tense में बदल जाती है|
और यही समय मुख्य अंतर है Present continuous tense और Present perfect continuous tense के बीच|
